Helping a family save this 100 year-old Belmont, NC farmhouse was our highlight of 2008. The Falcone carpenters rebuilt the foundation wall and floor system, while the homeowner still lived in the home. The homeowner even pitched in and excavated soil beneath the home over the weekend, so the home's floor system would no longer sit on the ground. Now that the structural repairs are complete, the homeowner will continue restoring the interior and exterior of this home.

The 6" x 1 1/2" footings seen in the photo above were replaced with new 8" x 20" footings.

Additional pier supports were added as well, as seen in the photo above.
