A homeowner in Charleston, South Carolina called Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair to repair a sag in his floor, caused by a sink hole.
Our crew excavated around the sink hole and removed a large decaying stump. We dug down to load-bearing soil and installed a new footing to support the two previously affected piers. The sag in the floor was removed.
Before: The sink hole. An 8" round cylinder about 12" deep.

During: Nicholas Falcone standing atop the new concrete footing.

After: Fred Falcone II finishing the two new piers.
